LIMITED ONE (1) ONE YEAR WARRANTY - ALL OLDE WORLD PLUMBING products are guranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Material which proves defective after inspection by Company will be repaired or replaced at no charge, but no claims for labor, shipping costs, or consequential damages will be accepted. This warranty applies only when goods are used for purposes and conditions for which they are intended.All faucets and fittings when supplied with polished brass finish are solid brass with no type of protective coating. Therefore, no gurantee or warranty of any kind may be made covering durability of appearance of the finish.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral , or implied.
RETURNED GOODS - Any merchandise returned for credit or refund after 30 days (excluding warranty claims) is subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge.
